Alison Sasser

Alison Sasser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Alison began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1999 and stayed in that role until October 2001. Alison then joined Houstons Restaurants as a Corporate Staff Accountant and worked there until 2002. At Meritage Homes, Alison held various positions, including Division Controller - Active Adult from 2002 to 2007, Director of SEC Reporting from 2009 to 2015, Assistant Corporate Controller from 2015 to 2016, and Vice President, Corporate Controller from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Meritage Homes.

Alison Sasser attended Hillsdale College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting. Alison also holds a CPA certification.
