Alvin Leonard

Alvin Leonard has extensive work experience in the home building industry. Alvin currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Meritage Homes. Prior to this role, they were the VP of Purchasing at Lennar for 20 years. Alvin also served as VP of Purchasing at CalAtlantic Homes from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Ryland Homes, including Purchasing Manager, Area Manager, Assistant Purchasing Manager, and Estimator. Alvin has a strong background in purchasing and management within the home building industry.

Alvin Leonard graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. In 2021, they obtained a certification in the Lennar: Senior Leaders Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
