Evan Mooney

Evan Mooney, PE, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Land Development & Entitlements at Meritage Homes, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Evan held multiple roles at Lennar, including Director of Land Development and Senior Land Development Manager, overseeing various facets of residential land development. Experience includes a tenure as Civil Project Manager at Merrick & Company, where leadership was provided to a team managing land development consulting services. Earlier career roles encompassed positions as Senior Sales Associate at Cellular Sales, Associate Engineer at Civil Design Concepts, and Infrastructure Leader at Red Bull. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
