Mike Scheetz

Mike Scheetz has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Mike is currently the Vice President of Operations at Meritage Homes, starting in 2022. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President at Morgan Taylor Homes from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they were the Prescott Area President at Capstone Homes from 2019 to 2021.

From 2017 to 2018, Mike was the President of Mandalay Homes, where they had total P&L and executive leadership responsibilities for operations in the Phoenix MSA and multiple markets in Northern Arizona. Mike focused on creating structure, organization, process improvement, and formalizing policies and procedures.

Before Mandalay Homes, Mike worked at KB Home from 2013 to 2017. Mike held the positions of Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations, where they provided leadership and vision for the Phoenix Division and had P&L responsibilities for all corporate assets in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Earlier in their career, Mike held leadership roles at Creative Environments, Matthews Homes, Montalbano Homes, and Pulte Homes. Mike has experience in operations, sales, marketing, construction, purchasing, and customer service.

Mike Scheetz attended Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Mike also pursued studies in Finance and Accounting at a secondary institution.
