Zachary Ronstadt

Zachary Ronstadt has held various roles in the real estate industry. Zachary started their career in 2004 at Engle Homes, where they worked in land acquisition, accounts payable, HOA management, and turnover until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Feasibility Analyst at Meritage Homes in Phoenix, where they prepared proformas, assisted in business plan reporting, and optimized market positioning and profitability of communities. Zachary then returned to Meritage Homes from 2009 to 2012 as a Manager/Senior Analyst in Market Research, where they developed a proprietary research platform, expanded strategic programs in housing markets, and fostered relationships with management in Texas and Florida. In 2011, they also worked in operations at Ronstadt Law, PLLC. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Director of Market Research at Meritage Homes, leading a core team and spearheading expansion opportunities throughout the United States. Finally, from 2015 to the present, they have held the position of Vice President of Market Research at Meritage Homes, where they have been responsible for consumer, product, and strategic research, as well as team development and training.

Zachary Ronstadt obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Housing and Urban Development from Arizona State University, completing their degree between 2003 and 2006.
