Stephanie Parr

Stephanie joined Meritech in 2020 as the firm's Senior Legal Counsel. She advises the team on venture investments, deal structuring and execution, as well as portfolio company and general corporate matters.

Most recently, Stephanie was general counsel for an investment advisory firm where she oversaw the firm's legal affairs and had primary responsibility for its securities offerings. Previously, Stephanie practiced with Cooley, focusing on representing venture capital and private equity firms in their investment, management and fund-raising activities. Earlier in her career, Stephanie was an associate at O'Melveny & Myers, where she practiced in the areas of M&A, private equity, general corporate and securities matters.

Stephanie enjoys hiking, opera, botanical gardens and cheering at her daughter's basketball games.

Stephanie is a graduate of UC Berkeley and UCLA School of Law.
