Alex Prokofjev

Alex Prokofjev is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Baltic Family Capital, Alex focuses on acquiring high-quality Baltic SMEs. As a Shareholder and Board Member at Industra Bank, Alex supports Latvia's SMEs while also acting as Founder of Cauma Group and RollUpEurope. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Threecolts, Head of Corporate Development at Bolt, and Executive Director in Group M&A at UBS, alongside significant tenure at Barclays Investment Bank. Academic credentials include an MSc in Finance from London Business School and a B.Sc in Economics and Business from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
