Shayne Lucas

Shayne Lucas is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2006, Shayne has served as State General Manager at Meriton Suites, overseeing operational functions, human resources, and financial tasks while reporting directly to the company owner. Prior to this role, Shayne held the position of Hotel Manager, where responsibilities included leading opening teams for two serviced apartment properties in Brisbane and coordinating pre-opening activities. Earlier in the career, Shayne worked at Hilton Sydney as a Guest Relations Manager, contributing to the refurbishment team, and served as Manager on Duty at The Westin Sydney under Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
