Donelle Jacinto is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resource management. Currently serving as a Tech Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Merit since August 2020, Donelle oversees the full life-cycle recruiting process and utilizes various sourcing tools to attract high-potential candidates. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager at the U.S. Army Medical Department, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting operations, counseling healthcare professionals, and aligning recruiting teams with organizational goals.
