Katarzyna Ławińska is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager and People and Culture Manager at Merixstudio, with a strong background in leading teams, developing HR strategies, and enhancing recruitment processes since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as HR Team Leader and HR&EB Specialist, where Katarzyna focused on team leadership, talent acquisition for IT and marketing positions, and employer branding initiatives.
