Alexey S. began their career in 2012 as Manager of Logistics & Sales at ATB Motors B.V. where they were responsible for providing customised, safe, and reliable solutions to clients. In the same year, they joined Merkeleon Crypto Commerce Software as Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for providing turnkey and proven by time software solutions for crypto exchanges, crypto payment business, NFT marketplaces, OTC desks, and online marketplaces and auctions. Alexey's main goal was to provide a secure product that would help facilitate and make easier the solution of everyday problems in business.

Alexey S. is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Poznan University of Economics And Business, which they started in 2022. In 2021, they completed a course in The Basics of Cybersecurity, Information Technology from Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Policy from Belarusian State Economic University in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Growth Marketer: Growth Hacking Immersive Course from Growth Tribe in 2022 and a National certificate "Specialist of the Year - 2014" from UNION OF NATIONAL BUSINESS-RATINGS in 2014.
