Ayzer Bilgic

Ayzer Bilgic has a diverse work experience. Ayzer started their career as a Specialist at T.C. Ziraat Bank AS from September 1992 to August 1996. Later, in September 1996, they joined Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. as an Assistant Director and served there until February 2014. Currently, they are working at Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. (MKK), where they have held various positions. Ayzer started as the Deputy Director of the PDP Operations Department from March 2014 to September 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Director of the Investor and Corporate Governance Services Department-PDP Operations Service.

Ayzer Bilgic completed their education in a chronological manner. Between 1987 and 1992, they attended Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. From 2005 to 2006, Ayzer Bilgic enrolled at the University of Amsterdam to earn a Master's degree in International Finance, focusing on the Corporate Finance Track. Finally, from 2007 to 2013, they attended Marmara University, where they obtained a PhD in Accounting and Finance.
