Cara Olson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development and marketing. Currently serving as the Growth Orchestration Officer and Sr. Director of Partnerships at Merkle since August 2020, Cara leads foundational partnerships across various domains including Data, Analytics, Creative, and Messaging, focusing on mutual business growth. Prior to joining Merkle, Cara held several roles at DEG Digital from January 2004 to August 2020, where responsibilities included establishing partnerships, measuring agency performance, and creating a globally recognized team in one-to-one marketing. Earlier career experiences include ownership of Web Design Duo, contributions to Marketing Land, and graphic design at Jack Henry & Associates. Cara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
