Cheryl Harewood

Cheryl Harewood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client leadership, project management, and employee engagement, currently serving as Director and Head of the Client Leadership Group for Employee Experience and Engagement at Merkle since April 2017. In this role, Cheryl develops strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement, collaborating closely with Executive Leadership and HR. Additionally, Cheryl leads the Multicultural Business Resource Group, implementing mentorship initiatives to support ethnically diverse employees. Previous roles include senior project management positions at Ascension Health, Meritor, Ally Financial, and General Motors, where Cheryl has demonstrated expertise in financial management, project delivery optimization, and the establishment of project management offices. Cheryl holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Detroit Mercy.
