Global Chief Operating Officer, Promotion, Loyalty & CRM at Merkle

Deana Derocha has extensive experience in operations and client solutions, currently serving as the Global Chief Operating Officer for Promotion, Loyalty & CRM at Merkle, a position held since October 2005. Following the acquisition of HelloWorld by Merkle in 2018, the company was rebranded in 2020. Prior to this role, Deana Derocha held various positions at HelloWorld, including EVP, GM Client Solutions and Delivery, and VP, Operations, where responsibilities included managing large teams and overseeing all aspects of project management and client delivery. Earlier experience includes a role as a Web Developer at TechniServe. Deana Derocha holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from Lawrence Technological University.
