Rakesh Gadi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering and e-commerce administration. Currently serving as the Lead System Engineer for IBM Sterling Order Management at Merkle since January 2020, Rakesh manages production support teams and customizes IBM Sterling OMS solutions for clients such as Pandora and Ralph Lauren. Prior to this role, Rakesh has held positions as a WebSphere Commerce Administrator at PFSweb and CrossView Inc., overseeing various e-commerce platforms and software packages. Additional experience includes managing WebSphere commerce for Lowe's Home Improvement and HD Supply. Rakesh holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Diego State University.
