Scott Miles

Scott Miles is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Experience & Commerce Operations at Merkle since October 2021, Scott oversees daily operations following the integration of DEG into Merkle. Previously, Scott held several roles at DEG, including Managing Director of Operations and Director of Service Delivery, focusing on standardizing operations and ensuring efficient project deliveries. Scott also spent time as Mayor of Lake Lotawana, where significant financial stabilization and infrastructure management were achieved. Scott's career includes positions at KANA Software, eVergance, Sprint, Ernst & Young, and Target, complemented by an MBA in Marketing & MIS from The University of Iowa and a BBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
