Shane Closser

Shane Closser is the Adobe Growth Lead for North America at Merkle, a Dentsu company, since November 2024, specializing in digital transformation and customer experience. Previously, Shane served as the Global Head of Industry and General Manager for Financial Services & Insurance at Yext from November 2017 to November 2024, overseeing a platform that delivers actionable information across enterprises. Prior experience includes roles as Global Managing Director at Accenture, VP of Customer Experience Worldwide at Virtusa, and Department Head for Internet Services at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where award-winning platforms were developed. Shane's career also features a tenure as a Solution Architect at Vignette and as Mortgage Lead Engineer at Argo Data Resources. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Finance, both from the University of Arizona.
