Adrian Thompson is a seasoned professional in operational leadership and continuous improvement within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Operational Planning at Merlin Entertainments since September 2021, Adrian leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across diverse attractions in North America. Prior roles include General Manager at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston and Cluster Operations Manager at Merlin Entertainments plc, where Adrian was responsible for overseeing daily operations and enhancing guest experiences. Adrian has a strong background in hospitality and customer service, demonstrated through roles at the Coca-Cola London Eye and the ice rink operations, as well as experience on the Board of Directors for the Somerville Chamber of Commerce. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performance Acting from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
