Estelle Wong

Estelle Wong possesses extensive experience in human resources and rewards management across the Asia-Pacific region. As the Regional Head of HR and Head of Rewards at Merlin Entertainments, Estelle oversees HR functions and rewards strategies. Previously, Estelle served as the Head of Rewards at a Stealth Startup and held the position of Director of Rewards for the APAC region at The Adecco Group. Early career roles at Adecco Singapore included Head of HR, Director of Operations, and Area Manager. Estelle holds a degree from the University of Liverpool.
