Currently serving as Lead UI/Visual Designer at Merlin Entertainments since October 2024, Hema previously held the role of Principal Product Designer (UI) at Nationwide Building Society, ensuring consistent user experiences in mortgage journeys. Hema's career includes significant positions at John Lewis & Partners, Publicis Sapient, Shell, Wipro Digital, Accenture, Sainsbury's, and multiple design agencies where responsibilities spanned from creating digital assets to leading design teams for major global clients. Hema holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design & Advertising from the University of Bedfordshire.
