Rebecca Maccario possesses extensive experience in project management and sales within the entertainment and tourism sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT Project Management Governance at Merlin Entertainments since January 2019, Rebecca is instrumental in defining and implementing governance processes for the technology project portfolio. In a parallel role as Managing Director at Merlin Entertainments Group Deutschland GmbH, Rebecca's leadership has been pivotal in the development of the global short break platform. Previously, Rebecca held various positions at LEGOLAND Deutschland GmbH, including Head of Short Breaks and Global Platform Development, where successful initiatives led to the global rollout of an effective online booking tool. With a Master of Business Administration from Hochschule Heilbronn, Rebecca combines strategic oversight with a robust background in sales management and client relations.
