Ashley Pelzek

Ashley Pelzek is the VP of Business Operations at Merlin Labs. Ashley has held this position since August 2020. Prior to that, they were an Associate at McKinsey & Company from July 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they were an MBA Consumer Intern at Amazon from June 2018 to August 2018. Ashley Pelzek graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management in June 2019 with their MBA. Prior to their MBA, they served in the US Navy as a FA-18 Training Officer with the rank of Lieutenant Commander (LCDR). During their time in the Navy, they led 36 aircrew through an 11-month workup cycle and 7-month deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve in Syria and Iraq.

Ashley Pelzek pursued a Master of Business Administration at the MIT Sloan School of Management after completing their undergraduate degree at the United States Naval Academy. Ashley majored in political science-international affairs as an undergraduate and completed their high school education at East Longmeadow High School.
