Jennifer Dabbs

Jennifer Dabbs, MLIS, CKM, serves as the Knowledge Manager in Legal Operations at Merlin Law Group, P.A. since November 2023, focusing on resource management, database and SharePoint development, information governance, records management, and budget management. Prior to this role, Jennifer managed the Information Services department at Phelps Dunbar from March 2014 to November 2023, overseeing resource and budget management, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives, while also acting as a technology liaison and pilot user for new software. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University, a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Louisiana Monroe, and a Certificate in Data Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
