Allison Cruz has extensive experience in engineering and management within the solar technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Field Applications Engineer at Merlin Solar Technologies since July 2017, Cruz also manages operations at ROOF ICON ENTERPRISES INC. and contributes as a Beer Gardener at Southern Craftbrew & Co Corporation. Previous roles include Process Engineering Manager at SunPower Corporation and TDK Fujitsu Philippines Corp., where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering teams, process optimization, and improving manufacturing yield. Cruz began a career in engineering as an Assistant Manager at Fujitsu Computer Products Corporation of the Philippines. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and ongoing professional education in Solar Design & Installation from HeatSpring.
