Maheshwaran Muthu has a strong work experience in the technology industry. Maheshwaran is currently serving as the Vice President of Software Development at Merlin Search Technologies since April 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Catalyst Repository Systems from December 2016 to February 2021, where they held the role of Senior Director - Enterprise Architecture.

From May 2014 to December 2016, Maheshwaran worked at Marlabs Inc, where they served as the Director - Technology Services. Maheshwaran implemented process enhancements, budget forecasting, client relation management, and responded to RFPs. Maheshwaran also played a key role in architecting a total cloud-based solution for eDiscovery and worked extensively in big data analytics.

From 2007 to 2011 at Marlabs Inc, Maheshwaran worked as a Senior Technical Architect/Manager. Maheshwaran managed a large cross-functional team and delivered multiple projects for clients. Maheshwaran implemented process enhancements, budget forecasting, and client relation management. Maheshwaran also architectured a total cloud-based solution for eDiscovery.

Maheshwaran's earlier work experience includes roles such as Senior Technical Architect at Marlabs Inc (2004 to 2007), Senior Member Technical at Eximsoft Technologies (2003 to 2004), Senior Software Engineer at SmartWares (2001 to 2003), Software Engineer at Consolidated Cybernetics India Pvt Ltd (2000 to 2001), and Programmer Analyst at Lucid Technologies (1999 to 2000).

Throughout their career, Maheshwaran has demonstrated expertise in application development, solution architecture, team management, client relations, and working with various technologies such as ASP, .NET, and SQL Server.

Maheshwaran Muthu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology from PSG College of Technology between 1996 and 1999. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bharathidasan University from 1999 to 2002.
