Swati Shukla

Swati Shukla currently serves as the Vice President of Software Development at Visa, where responsibilities include leading the development of products for Visa Commercial Services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Swati held the position of Partner Group Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft from October 2011 to September 2024. During this tenure, Swati built and managed the v1 version of the Azure Customer Experience Platform, starting with a small team and expanding it to 68 members across six teams, while fostering diversity within the teams. Swati also played a key role in the technical design of product architecture and promoted team independence. Swati is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
