Troy Ryan has a robust background in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Sales at Merlo Coffee since February 2019, after an extensive tenure as Senior Key Account Manager from March 2008 to February 2018. Previous experience includes a role at Virgin Australia from July 2000 to April 2008, where Troy was responsible for training new crew members, transitioning from the Virgin Atlantic division in London back to Brisbane.
