Rosi Fabris

Rosi Fabris is an accomplished Director of Software Engineering currently leading projects at Merlyn Mind since October 2024. Previously, Rosi served as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Eventbrite, managing an expansive team of approximately 50 individuals across multiple countries and overseeing eight engineering teams organized into two business pillars. Rosi's career spans various roles in software engineering and project management, beginning as a Software System Analyst at Banco Mendoza and progressing through key positions such as QA Automation Engineer, Data Conversion Programmer, and Operation Manager. Rosi has also contributed to academia as an Online Professor at Aden Business School, teaching courses on Digital Transformation and Human Capital. Rosi holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidad Champagnat and a teaching qualification from Escuela Nacional Tomas Godoy Cruz.
