Jeff Plumlee

Jeff Plumlee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Merric Millwork and Seating. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at NDX Keller, where they focused on achieving optimal financial performance and improving customer retention. Before that, they held the role of Director of Quality/Continuous Improvement at cl smith, where they established effective quality management systems and developed defect-reducing initiatives. Jeff also served as the Operations Manager at TransChemical, Inc., overseeing chemical blending/packaging and distribution center operations. Additionally, they worked at PROSOCO, Inc. as the Production Control Manager, implementing systems to optimize inventory and increase revenue. At Cable Tech, Inc., Jeff was the Director of Operations, responsible for managing production operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Production Manager at Junction City Wire Harness, overseeing the assembling of wire/cable assemblies.

Jeff Plumlee attended Kansas State University from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Operations Management. In 2017, they participated in the CMA Leadership Advantage program, earning a certification in Organizational Leadership.
