Mitch Blickstein CPA, CFE possesses extensive experience in compliance and audit roles within various organizations. Currently serving in Merchant Compliance at Merrick Bank since July 2022, Mitch previously held the position of Internal Audit Lead at CardWorks from July 2019 to July 2022. In a consulting role at Protiviti, from July 2018 to February 2019, Mitch reviewed and evaluated controls while assisting clients with new Revenue Recognition and Lease Accounting Standards. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Internal Audit at CA Technologies, where complex audits and consulting services were provided, and working as a Corporate Tax Auditor at the California Franchise Tax Board, conducting significant taxpayer audits. Early career experience includes working as a Staff Accountant for NTL Incorporated. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
