Richie Sajan has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Richie started their career as a Research Assistant at LSU Mechanical Engineering, where they gained skills in electronics and PCB design.

Richie then worked as a Maintenance Co-op at Syngenta Crop Protection, where they assisted with resolving maintenance issues and implemented a cost-saving Lean initiative.

After that, Richie joined PPC Mechanical Seals as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed mechanical seals and conducted experiments for testing and improving seal designs.

Richie then worked at CDI Corporation as a Pipe Stress Engineer, where they performed static and dynamic analysis on piping systems and ensured compliance with ASME and API standards.

Richie then joined Syngenta as a Mechanical Engineer, where they continued their work in mechanical engineering until 2018.
