Patricia Reilly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in horticulture, community engagement, and resource management. Currently serving as a Horticulture Outreach Specialist at Saunders Genetics, LLC since April 2022, Patricia addresses horticultural inquiries and contributes to various publications. As a Plant Specialist at Merrifield Garden Center since March 2015, assistance is provided to homeowners and landscapers regarding plant selection and maintenance. Patricia also holds the position of Senior Consultant and Business Manager at The Reilly Group, focusing on water resources and nutrient management planning since September 2013. Previously, as Neighborhood Services Division Chief for Prince William County from September 1996 to August 2013, management of a $3.3M budget and mentoring of 38 employees were key responsibilities. Other roles included Neighborhood Coordinator and Natural Resources Specialist, where community engagement and environmental education were prioritized. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and German from East Carolina University.
