Carl Barfuss

Carl Barfuss has a diverse work experience. Carl is currently a Software Engineer at Datasite, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they attended Prime Digital Academy as a student from September 2020 to February 2021. Before entering the tech industry, they worked at MBI Energy Services from January 2014 to May 2020 as a Senior Dispatcher, overseeing logistics for a large fleet of trucks and drivers. Carl'slongest work experience comes from their time in the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant First Class from July 1999 to October 2012. During their 13-year tenure, they contributed as a Cryptologic linguist and intelligence analyst with a Top Secret security clearance and expertise in the Korean language.

Carl Barfuss attended Prime Digital Academy from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a Full Stack Software Engineering Certification in the field of Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Korean Studies. Additionally, they also earned another Associate of Arts degree in Korean Language and Literature during the same time period at the same institution.
