Ed Mackie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ed started their career at Mayo Clinic in 2002 as an ER Registrar, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Baptist Hospital East as a Patient Access specialist. In 2007, they joined RX CrossRoads as a Reimbursement Specialist for a brief period. Ed then joined Datasite in 2008, initially working in Project Management until 2013. At Datasite, they also served as a Quality Assurance Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Application Support Engineer at Datasite, where they provide second-tier support and investigation of UI- and Customer-facing issues.
Ed Mackie attended Mankato State University from 1987 to 1992, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
