Heather Zupfer

Heather Zupfer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Heather is currently working at Datasite as a Software Engineer I, Sr (Lead), starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Merrill Corporation as a Dev Ops Engineer II from March 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Merrill Corporation as a DevOps Engineer II from August 2019 to March 2020. Heather also held a role at Merrill Corporation as a Devops Engineer from July 2018 to March 2020, where they switched from being a junior developer consultant to a full-time Devops Engineer employee. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Keyot from June 2017 to July 2018, where they were a developer consultant through the leadership development program Crew212 and worked with the client company Merrill Corporation. Additionally, they have interned as a Software Engineer at Digi-Key Electronics from May 2016 to August 2016. Heather also has experience as a Teacher's Assistant and Tech Services Student at The College of St. Scholastica from February 2015 to May 2016. Heather started their professional journey as a Technician Assistant at SPARKLE POOL SERVICE from May 2014 to August 2014.

Heather Zupfer obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from The College of St. Scholastica. Heather pursued this degree from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from PagerDuty, including Incident Responder Certification in September 2021, Certified Incident Responder in October 2020, and PagerDuty Foundational Practitioner in October 2020.
