Jaya Pandey

Jaya Pandey heads the Administrative and Procurement division at Pinnacle. She has extensive experience in facility management, strategic sourcing, process automation, and technology implementation. Her expertise also extends to simplifying existing processes to increase organizational productivity.

Currently a Senior Manager, she has played a pivotal role in ensuring Pinnacle’s ISO 14001-2015 EMS certification and the Gold LEED certification for their Jaipur campus. She has also overseen the installation of a 300 KWH solar power plant in their Durgapur and Jaipur offices.

Jaya holds a degree in Accountancy (with Honours) from Burdwan University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
