Nikos Savvidis

Nikos Savvidis is currently employed at Datasite as a Senior Software Engineer since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ncs Tech as a Director from September 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they were an IT Consultant (Software Engineer - contract) at HSBC from October 2018 to March 2020. Nikos also served as a Software Engineer at Sage Pay from December 2016 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at Fospha from November 2015 to October 2016, at Hostnet bv from March 2014 to October 2015, and as a Research Intern at Software Improvement Group from June 2013 to December 2013. Nikos began their professional career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Patras from September 2010 to February 2011. Throughout their work experience, Nikos has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, including developing backend microservices, designing architecture, and implementing features.

Nikos Savvidis started their education in 2005 at the University of Patras, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2009. Nikos then pursued their academic journey at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Mathematics of Computation and Decision Making from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their educational pursuits, Nikos joined Utrecht University in 2011 and received another Master's degree in Computing Science in 2013.
