Karen Hayden

Karen Hayden is a Professor at the Department of Criminology & Criminal Justice since August 1997 and currently serves as the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs at Merrimack College's Winston School of Education & Social Policy since July 2022. Previously, Karen held the position of Associate Professor & Chair in the Department of Criminology at Merrimack College until May 2017. Karen Hayden earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology from Northeastern University and holds both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire.
