Madhavi Pagare

Madhavi Pagare is a Research Collaborator at Merrimack College, focusing on developing a Multitask Multilabel Clinical-Longformer model for detecting social determinants of mental health and employing a Siamese Neural Network for causal inference on opioid use disorder progression. Additionally, Madhavi holds multiple roles at the University of Massachusetts Lowell as an NLP Researcher and Research Assistant, and previously worked at LivedX, enhancing a RoBERTa-based NLP system for micro-credential evaluation. Previous experience includes software engineering at EITACIES INC, database administration at Goalmine Corporate Services, and teaching positions at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and the University of Colorado. Madhavi has completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Denver and is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, following a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
