Rachael Tampone

Rachael Tampone has extensive experience in higher education administration, particularly in international admissions and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of International Admission and Recruitment at Merrimack College since July 2014, Rachael has held various positions within the institution, including Senior Associate Director and Associate Director of Admission. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at Salem State College as a Graduate Admissions Coordinator, where responsibilities included recruitment and selection of graduate students across several programs. Rachael's earlier experience includes roles at the YMCA as a Site Coordinator and at Strike One Sports Complex as a Program Coordinator. Rachael holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Salem State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
