Deborah Nurse has a extensive work experience in the financial industry. Deborah is currently serving as the VP of Economic Development & Advocacy at Merrimack Valley Credit Union since June 2023. Prior to that, they spent ten years at RTN Federal Credit Union, where they held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Deborah began their career in 1979 as the Economic Development Director at Worcester Cooperation Council, Inc, where they also worked as the Vice-President & General Manager of the WCCI Capital Corporation.

Deborah Nurse has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson College. Deborah also completed the Greater Boston Executive Program in Management at MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they attended Nichols College without specifying a degree or field of study.
