Viral Bhatt

Viral Bhatt has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as the Director of Production at Basq International Inc. Viral then joined MERRITHEW™ in 1996 as a Production Manager, where they played a key role in successfully launching initial production and expanding sales into USA and international markets. Viral later became the Director of Manufacturing, where they achieved elevated profit margins, formed a plant management team, and outsourced components to boost capacity and quality. In their next role as Vice President of Manufacturing, they shifted manufacturing to offshore in China to meet cost and demand, identified hindrances and business requirements to achieve growth targets, and reduced lead times and freight costs. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at MERRITHEW™, where they have redefined materials management and overseen product design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and order fulfillment for retail accounts. Throughout their career, Viral Bhatt has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and delivered significant value to the organizations they have worked for.

Viral Bhatt attended BVM Engineering at S.P.University from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
