Keith Wallace

Keith Wallace has extensive experience in business development and leasing, currently holding the position of Leasing & Business Development for the North Carolina Region and previously for the Northern Virginia Region at Merritt Properties, LLC since December 2001. Additionally, Keith served as Assistant Project Manager at The Builders Foundation from January 2008 to January 2020, where significant contributions were made to support underprivileged children, families, and women in Loudoun County through a volunteer-based 501(c)3 organization. Keith earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Delaware (1997-2001).
