Jeremy Clarke

Jeremy Clarke has over 25 years of experience in the science and technology industries. Jeremy is currently the Company Director at Merritt Recruitment, where they focus on raising awareness of career options in the chemicals, polymer, coatings, personal care, and cosmetics industries. Prior to this, Jeremy held the role of Senior Director of Business Development at BioIVT, where they developed strategic business plans and sales plans. Jeremy also served as Vice President of Business Development at Asterand Bioscience and European Business Development Manager at Akubio Ltd. Jeremy has a strong background in sales and management, with experience at Genomic Solutions, Cartesian Technologies, Bio-Rad Laboratories Europe Ltd, and Thermo BioAnalysis.

Jeremy Clarke obtained a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences from Manchester Polytechnic in 1990. Jeremy went on to pursue a PhD in Microbial Polymer Biochemistry from the University of Kent, which they completed in 1995.
