Jean Grossman

Jean Grossman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jean began their career in 1982 at Metromedia Restaurant Group, where they served as the Director of Franchise Operations for over 22 years. Jean then joined Cosi in 2004 as the VP of Franchise Operations, where they worked until 2008. After that, they spent eight years at Dunkin' Brands, serving in various roles including Regional VP and RVP of Operations, Development, and Construction. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Chief Franchise Officer at European Wax Center. Most recently, since 2021, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Buff City Soap. In 2023, they were appointed as the President of Merry Maids Corporate. Throughout their career, Jean has demonstrated leadership and expertise in franchise operations and development.

Jean Grossman attended Kean University from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science.
