Annette Kranepool

Annette Kranepool has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Annette currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Mersana Therapeutics, where they lead the Talent Acquisition function and serves as the HRBP for the Development Business Unit. Prior to Mersana, they worked at Moderna as Talent Acquisition-Clinical Development and later as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant. Annette also gained experience as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Tripadvisor. Annette spent a significant portion of their career at Sanofi, where they held various roles, including Senior Director, Global Marketing Lead, Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Director of Strategic Staffing and Program Management and as a Sr. Recruiter & Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sanofi. Annette also has experience at Citrix, where they served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter at Nortel Networks, a Human Resource Generalist at PAREXEL, and a Recruiter at TEKsystems. Annette's expertise lies in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and strategic staffing.

Annette Kranepool completed their BA in Political Science with a minor in History at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1990 to 1994.
