Carter Bright has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Carter started as an Aviation Storekeeper in the United States Navy from 1989 to 1993. After that, they worked as a Plant HR Manager at Avondale Mills from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they worked at Tyco Healthcare, first as an HR Manager and then as an HR Director.
