Caitlin Routhier

Caitlin Routhier has over 12 years of experience in the field of histotechnology. Caitlin began their career as a Histologist at Lawrence General Hospital in 2009, where they worked until 2011. Caitlin then joined Massachusetts General Hospital, initially as a Histopathology Specialist I, and later became a Senior Histopathology Specialist. In 2019, they joined Foundation Medicine as a Histotechnologist III and was eventually promoted to Histotechnology Lead. Currently, Caitlin is working at Mersana Therapeutics, starting as an Associate Principal Scientist and then being promoted to Senior Associate Principal Scientist.

Caitlin Routhier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Emmanuel College (Boston). Caitlin also has additional certifications in Delivering Results Effectively, Improve Your Organizational Skills, Managing Your Time, Time Management Fundamentals, Qualification in Immunohistochemistry (QIHC), and Histotechnician from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
