Chelsea Bradshaw

Chelsea Bradshaw has extensive work experience in the field of biostatistics. Chelsea started their career at Stat-Tech Services, A CROS NT Company in 2009, where they held various roles including Biostatistician I, Biostatistician II, Senior Biostatistician, and Biostatistics Manager. Chelsea then joined Syneos Health in 2015, where they served as a Senior Biostatistician, Manager of Biostatistics, and Associate Director of Biostatistics. In 2021, they joined Mersana Therapeutics as an Associate Director of Biostatistics, and later progressed to roles of Director of Biostatistics and Senior Director of Biostatistics.

Chelsea Bradshaw obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Chelsea then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Biostatistics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2007 to 2009. In 2022, Chelsea also obtained a certification as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective.
